White screen on Rachio app

Have you ever run into a white screen when trying to open the Rachio app on your phone? Don't worry, we can fix that with a few taps of your fingers on your smartphone's screen.
Why am I experiencing this?
This issue is usually caused by incorrect phone settings, so the first step to fix this situation should be to open your phone settings and look for Rachio under the list of installed apps on your phone.
Once you find Rachio, click on it and take a look if the following options are enabled: Location, Camera, Background App Refresh, and Cellular data. These options must be enabled and visible in order for the app to work properly.
Tip:
- On an Android device go to Settings > Apps > Rachio > Permissions.
- On iOS, go to Settings > Rachio.
Once you switch those settings to On, quit the Rachio app and reopen it. If you are still unable to see the content, try deleting and reinstalling the app. You will not lose any data. You just need to log into the Rachio app again and all of your information will be restored since it's a cloud-based app.
After enabling those options or reinstalling the app (in case you can't see any or some of them), the app should run normally once more!
