Summary


This article details Rachio's return process for customer located outside of the United States and Canada.


Although our products are not intended for distribution outside of the United States and Canada, we can provide limited support to users outside of these locations.


While Rachio products are not currently sold by Rachio or our authorized distributors outside of the United States and Canada, there does exists a small community of international Rachio users who swap ideas and troubleshooting tips on the Rachio Community.


We give limited support to international customers through the same channels as the regular support (email, chat, and phone). So, please, if you're an international customer having trouble with your controller/app, don't hesitate to reach out to us through your preferred support channel.


In case we exhaust all of the troubleshooting steps, and your unit is still under warranty, but the issue was not fixed, please reach out to the support team so we can evaluate your options. In some cases we can offer a replacement unit, but, you must have a valid US address that we can ship the unit to (like a family member's address or even a freight forward company). Therefore, we commit to shipping the replacement to the US address and the customer is responsible for the shipping from that address to their international location. In addition to that, the customer also is responsible for shipping the old unit back to us, thus, the faulty unit must be returned by the customer, at their expense (in case the customer doesn't return the faulty unit in a timely manner, we won't be able to replace for that customer again, under any circumstances).


We offer support to all of our customers in English and Spanish, so, please, keep that in mind.
