How to access Shared Devices on the Web App

Summary

This article has step-by-step instructions on how you can access a shared device on the web app. 

1) To access shared controllers (using Complete Access) on the Web App, once logged in, simply select Shared Access on the menu on the left side of the screen. 

2) To switch between shared controllers, simply click on the name of the controller you wish to access.

3) At any time you can switch between controllers be repeating steps 1 & 2.
