Rachio Thrive - Manage Subscription


This article explains how you can manage your Rachio Thrive subscription within the Rachio app.

Written Guide 

  1. From your controller Home Page where your Thrive subscription is activated, select the "More" tab followed by "Manage Subscription".

  2. Next Charge Date; This section will show you your next subscription charge date, you should expect your Thrive package to arrive 5-7 days after this date. Within this section you can choose to;
    a) Pause your subscription and move forward the next charge date and; 
    b) Cancel your subscription as shown below;

  3. Shipping Address; Allows you to view and update your preferred shipping address.

  4. Billing Details; Allows you to view and update your preferred billing information.
