If for any reason you, the end-user consumer, are not satisfied with the performance of your Rachio Thrive product, we will refund to you the purchase price or provide you with a replacement Rachio Thrive product up to 60 days after your Rachio Thrive product was delivered. Please contact Customer Service at thrive@rachio.com. Proof of purchase will be required for refund or replacement.
