March 1st Scheduling Issue

An issue disrupted Rachio’s intelligent schedule creation on March 1st (the day after app version 3.0.0 was released) on all Apple devices. Any schedules created during this time period were not intelligently configured by Rachio's scheduling algorithms.

To determine if your schedule was affected, select your schedule from the Schedules screen. Then select "Watering Duration." Not sure which schedules were impacted? Any affected schedule will have a duration of three minutes for all included zones.

We recommend deleting any affected schedule and recreating it in order to receive intelligent duration recommendations from Rachio.
