Summer Hours (April-September)
Rachio support is available 8am-5pm (MST), 7 days a week. We are open Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Winter Hours (October-March)
Rachio support is available 9am-5pm (MST), Monday through Saturday. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Please note, while we strive to troubleshoot and solve every call and email in a timely fashion, sometimes an irrigation or networking professional is needed to fix a sprinkler system component or router issue. We will do our best to identify such issues and connect you with a local, trusted pro.
