Why did I receive a "New Rachio Login Detected" email?

Have you ever received an email from us warning you about a new login? This article will explain why users receive that, and how it helps you keep track of your account activity.
Why did I Receive This Email
The email is triggered when our systems detect a new login. The email will trigger each time a user logs into a device. The email could also be triggered under the following circumstances:
- Logged out and back into the Rachio app on the same phone/tablet
- Clearing your iOS or Android Rachio app cache
- Clearing cookies or cache of your web browser and logging into the app
What If The Referenced Login Was Not Initiated by Me?
If you did not make this request we recommend you change your password and contact Rachio Support immediately (email support@rachio.com)
What If I am the Person Who Initiated the Login?
You can disregard the email and keep watering. Keep in mind, it is always a good idea to change your passwords every 90 days.
