How quickly are Rachio products typically shipped?
Most orders for Rachio products are fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Presale orders will be shipped when inventory becomes available and Rachio will provide updates if shipping times change.
Are partner products shipped separately?
Some partner products, such as Tempest and Root Quencher are shipped from the manufacturer and not Rachio. These orders will arrive separately from any Rachio products you purchased.
