Not seeing your device?
Last Update:Jan 27 2025 3:46pmCan't find your Rachio device when you open the app? Don't worry, it doesn’t necessarily mean your device has been removed or deleted from your account. Follow the steps below to find your device again.
Step-by-Step
Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on, on your mobile device.
- If you still don’t see your device, force quit the Rachio app and try again.
From the main screen (where you would normally see your device), ensure you are viewing the correct Rachio Home by noting the drop-down menu at the top left.
Tap the down arrow next to your Rachio Home’s name to open the list.
View the list. You may have devices under different homes, or duplicate homes. Tap each Home to view the devices inside!
If you still can’t find your devices, you may have multiple Rachio accounts. Check the email address associated with your profile by tapping the Account icon in the top right corner, and then Profile.
