When will my order ship?
If you ordered from the Rachio Store, we ship orders within 3-5 days (pending availability) of the purchase time listed on the receipt emailed to you; most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days of shipping. Additional shipping time is required for all shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Maine.
You'll receive automated email notifications once the order ships. If in doubt, please email orders@rachio.com and we'd be happy to double-check your order status.
What if I'm outside the USA?
Canadian orders are accepted through the Rachio Store. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada.

Summer Hours (April-September)
7 am-5 pm (MST), 7 days a week.
Winter Hours (October-March)
8am-5pm (MST), Monday - Saturday. We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.
