Summary

Are you wondering how to install and set up your FloLogic device with the Rachio controller? This article has instructions on how to complete these processes.

How to set up the Flo-Logic automatic leak detector/shutdown system with Rachio?

The FloLogic System identifies leaks when they start, as small as 1/2-ounce-per-minute, stopping them automatically to protect property and alerting you through the app. The device works like a master valve and a flow meter at the same time.

Although the Rachio controller won't be able to receive any flow data or use its leak detection, it can provide power to operate the FloLogic as a master valve.

In order to connect the Flo-Logic to the Rachio we would just need to hook the FloLogic's solenoid (referred as a relay too) up into the M and C terminals there on the controller.

Once the Flo-Logic has been connected we would need to enable the Master Valve in the app for it to work.

In order to activate the master Valve from the app we would be needing to select the Rachio controller on the app, then we select More at the bottom of the screen, Controller Settings and Advanced Wiring, we make sure to select Master Valve the Flo-Logic should be good to go!

In case further assistance is needed with the installation of the Flo-Logic we can refer to the installation manual on page 18 where we can see a diagram of how it should be wired.
