Can I buy a Rachio if I live outside of the USA?

At this time, the Rachio store on Rachio.com cannot ship outside of the United States. Purchases made on the Rachio store only ship to the 50 US States, and the District of Columbia. In some countries, international purchases can be made through Amazon.com.

PLEASE NOTE

Support for Rachio products is limited to countries serviced by an authorized Rachio retailer which sells that product. Some Rachio products may not be available through authorized retailers in these countries, and are therefore not supported. There are currently authorized Rachio retailers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.  Usage of our products outside of these areas will also void the warranty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to adhere to any local laws surrounding the use of wireless communication as they pertain to Rachio products. If you choose to use Rachio outside of the United States, you may be subject to legal action if your use of a Rachio product violates any of your local laws.
