How Do I Enable Location Services on my Phone?

    Never fear, you can fix this! Some of the Rachio mobile app features, such as our Device Lookup feature's "Near Me" view, require permission to access your location. To ensure your device has Location Services enabled, please choose your device type ( above) and follow the instructions provided.

    iPhone

    Privacy Settings
  • Open your phone settings and navigate to Privacy:

    Select Location Services
  • From the Privacy menu, click on Location Services:

    Toggle "ON" & Find Rachio
  • In the Location Services view, be sure the Location Services toggle is set to ON. Find the Rachio app in the list within the Location Services view.

    Check "While Using the App"
  • Make sure the While Using the App option is set.

  • You’re ready to go!

    Settings > Location
  • Open your phone settings and navigate to Location, found within the Personal section:

    Toggle "ON" & Find Rachio
  • Make sure the toggle in the upper right is set to ON and navigate to Rachio.

    Check Permissions
  • Within the Rachio settings, click on Permissions.

    Location enabled?
  • In the Permissions view, make sure the toggle by Location is set to ON.
  • You’re ready to go!
