How do I change my email or password?

Need to change your registered email address? Know your password but wish to change it? No problem, your Rachio profile allows you to edit your name, email, or password.

How Can I Change My Password?

To change your name, email, or password, simply tap on the Account Menu Icon

 (hamburger looking icon) in the upper left hand corner from the Dashboard screen, then select "Profile".

To change your password, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select "Change Password".

You will need to enter your existing password in order to change to a new one.

Save your changes by tapping "Change My Password"— you will then be brought back to the Profile screen.

How Do I Change My Email Address?

If you would like to change your email address, the steps are much the same. Start by tapping on the Account Menu Icon (hamburger looking icon) in the upper left hand corner from the Dashboard screen, then select "Profile".

Now navigate down and tap on "Email".

How Do I Change My Username?

Your username cannot be changed. If you made an error in spelling or would like a different one, you will need to create a new Rachio account.

NOTE: If you would like to use the same email on your new account with the new username, make sure to go into your old account and change the email to a secondary email.
